When disputes among beneficiaries and/or beneficiaries and fiduciaries cannot be resolved through alternative means, we will bring or defend actions in court on behalf of our clients. We frequently represent beneficiaries, personal representatives and trustees in probate and trust disputes. Wherever possible we look to bring opposing parties to the table to find an amicable resolution for all parties. However, to the extent disputes cannot be resolved our attorneys are experienced in probate litigation. Our attorneys are highly experienced with the judicial process and have been involved in will disputes and alleged breaches of fiduciary duties.
