We are proud to announce that, as reported in Mass Lawyers Weekly’s August 21, 2023 edition, SLLM Partner, Molly Cochran and SLLM Of Counsel, James Grumbach reached a $1 million-plus settlement in favor of their plaintiff clients, beneficiaries of a trust established when they were minors. The case involved a breach of fiduciary duty by trustees, and aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty by an attorney and a lender.
